THE CHALLENGE
We partnered with leading perfume designer NOIR to design the brand’s first e-commerce platform. The website, tailored to the Turkish, European and EMEA audience, required shipping and checkout processes to meet the needs of the region. On top of that, the brand aimed to seamlessly incorporate insurance into the checkout process, a first-of-its-kind feature for Turkish, European and EMEA customers.
OUR APPROACH
After conducting extensive research and benchmarking on potential services and experiences offered to perfume customers online, we set up fast-paced UX research and design sprints to increase the number of iterations during the project and help us better optimize the user flow and journey.
As a perfume website, clarity of all offerings and steps is a high priority. The design of the layout, visuals and the entire experience was optimized for visuals and text to create a professional eye care e-commerce platform that is elegant yet easy to use.
